Fine Vintage Reviews!

I've done a lot of experiments on the web before. I ran a forum, had a fairly popular website called IsItFun? and even dabbled with comic book reviews. If there is one thing I've discovered in all of it, it is that I really don't like reviewing new things.

I'm all about the past.

The vintage.

This website is all about bringing all my previous dabbling together. I'm going to look at old movies, old comics, and most importantly - old toys!

There won't be any score given to my reviews, or any specific format to follow. Instead, I'm just going to type out what's on my mind and make a final determination on how well it's aged. Some will age better than others, but all of them will be of a fine, vintage age.

Sometimes, things just get better with age!

So stay tuned. I'll be looking at every Amazing Spider-Man from issue 1 to 700, checking out movies and television shows that aren't current, and reviewing toys out of my ever-growing stash!

Welcome back, blogger! (Hahaha a little vintage tv humor there!)

Looking forward to reading what you throw our way!

Thanks man! I'll make sure that everything I throw up is quality!

Haha, seriously, though, I feel really good about this project. I'm free from limitations that I've placed on myself with past projects and can kind of get back to mashing up all my ideas and concepts.

Gotta add this blog to my blog's blogroll. You and me have very similar tastes. Can't wait too see future content, esp. anything Amazing Spider-Man & Transformers related.

Thanks, Colbey! I need to get my blogroll put together. This is all a work in progress still. I definitely hope to keep hitting your interests! There is a lot of use for vintage toys, and I really hope to help encourage people to explore them and appreciate them a bit more, rather than always seeking the newest and greatest no matter what. Sometimes, the best toy is the one already made. :)
